The WhatsApp channel needs to be added to the console by the Customer Success team,
- It is not possible to add a personal WhatsApp number or any other WhatsApp number that has not been purchased/transferred by HiJiffy
- If you wish to add WhatsApp as a channel and it is not included in your subscription, please contact our support team (support@hijiffy.com) or your account manager. Extra costs will be applied
