In the 'User Profile' section, on the top right side of your console, 
you can customize details of your account such as your first and last name, your Persona name, your profile picture and your timezone.
Note: It is not possible to change the email associated with your account. If you wish to change the email associated with your HiJiffy account, please contact HiJiffy's Support or your Account Manager.
Change profile details and picture
To change any detail on your profile:
- Head to the 'User Profile' section in the Console;
- Edit any details you want;
- To add a profile picture, click on 'Upload Photo' and select your photo;
- To remove a profile picture, click on 'Remove Photo';
- Click 'Save changes' to apply your modifications.
Note: Only the "Persona" and profile picture are visible to outside users that chat with you, if you choose to enable 'Agent Identification'.

Change password
To change your password:
- Head to the 'User Profile' section in the Console;
- Choose the "Change Password" option on the left hand-side
- Enter your old password;
- Enter your desired new password and repeat;
- Click 'Save changes' to apply your modifications.
Forgot your password?
If you forgot your current password, go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password?"
An email will be sent to your email address to create a new password
