Q: What happens if I migrate from a previous setup where buttons triggered FAQ responses?
A: Existing FAQ-based buttons will remain visible but now simulate guest queries behind the scenes (e.g., "Tell me more about breakfast"). The response will be generated from the document or matching topic.
Q: Can I control what is shown when a button is clicked?
A: Yes. Create a Topic Response in replace mode and link that to the button.
Q: Can I upgrade my existing chatbot to Aplysia 3?
A: Yes. This is a supported upgrade path.
Q: What happens if my topic is trained but has no content?
A: It won’t be triggered. Ensure every trained topic has content for it to activate.
