Use our flows to obtain more information about the users' requests

What is a flow?

  • A flow is a series of questions that the chatbot will ask the user. 
  • At the end of the flow, the conversation will always be transferred to the console for an agent to provide more information on the request made. 

For example: 

If a user/guest wants to book a transfer with you, instead of just contacting the staff to request it, they can answer to the questions of the flow, which will generate a request form once the conversation is transferred to the console, for you to provide an answer in a more effective way. 

What flows are available in the FAQs section?

Pre-Stay Solution

Book a Room 

The chatbot will present the booking form for the user to select the dates of check-in/check-out. Once the user clicks on "Confirm", the user will be redirected to the online booking page to proceed with the booking online. 

The online booking flow will not generate a form and transfer the conversation to the console. It will redirect the user to the online booking page, already with the information inserted in the booking form

Availability Request

If the user wants to check the availability directly with the hotel and without using the online booking engine, you can use this flow to obtain more information.

Parking Reservation

If reserving parking in your property is mandatory or recommended, you can use this flow to obtain more information

Restaurant Reservation 

If your property has a restaurant and booking a table is mandatory or recommended, you can use this flow to obtain more information. 

Spa Reservation 

If your property has a spa and booking a treatment is mandatory or recommended, you can use this flow to obtain more information. 

Events Quote Request

If the user wants to a quote for a event in your property, you can use this flow to obtain more information.

Transfer Reservation 

If booking a transfer in your property is mandatory or recommended, you can use this flow to obtain more information

Request contact details

If you want to request the guest contact details, you can use this flow and the conversation will be transferred to the console

In-Stay Solution

Online check-in

If you choose this flow, the chatbot will redirect you to the online check in form 

Applicable if you are using the HIjiffy Check in form. If you are using your PMS, it is not possible to add your PMS form as a flow

Feedback form

If you choose this flow, the chatbot will redirect you to the feecback form 

Applicable if you are using the HIjiffy feedback form. If you are using another form, it is not possible to add it as a flow

Request contact details

If you want to request the guest contact details, you can use this flow and the conversation will be transferred to the console
