This means that the chatbot can learn from previous conversations to provide more relevant responses, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, you can configure the chatbot to recognize various user intents, allowing it to handle a wider range of inquiries effectively. By leveraging these advanced features, your chatbot can improve its performance, streamline communication, and ultimately provide a better overall experience for your guests.

 

Aplysia3: Customized Messaging

Custom Responses enable you to tailor the chatbot's replies to specific subjects. This can be achieved in two ways: by enhancing AI-generated answers with images and buttons, or by completely replacing them with predefined responses that incorporate your own text, images, and buttons.

To implement this customization, you need to configure two key components: Topics, which determine the guest inquiries that will trigger a response, and Topic Responses, which specify the chatbot's actual replies.

Every Custom Response starts with a Topic, which is a concept or keyword you want the chatbot to recognize (e.g., "spa reservation", "loyalty program", or "Wi-Fi").

  • Topic Configuration is where you train the chatbot to recognize guest intent using natural language.

  • Topic Response Configuration is where you define the actual reply content (text, images, and buttons).

 

Aplysia3: Knowledge Documents

Knowledge Documents are the foundation of your Aplysia 3 chatbot. They contain all the information the chatbot uses to respond to guest questions. To ensure the best performance, your Knowledge Documents should be structured, clear, and regularly updated. Aplysia 3 is only as good as the content you give it. Make it a habit to:

  • Review documents monthly

  • Update details for new events, renovations, or policy changes

  • Remove outdated information
