      Chatbot Welcome Message

      Change/edit your chatbot welcome message

      To change the chatbot welcome message, follow the steps below:

      • Access the Chatbots menu - here
      • Select the chatbot you wish to change the welcome message 
      • Click on the "Main Settings" option 

      • Edit/Change the "Welcome message" 

      Important Note: The translation fo the Welcome message is not done automatically. You have to edit it in each language selected.
