Connect: Expedia
You can now connect your Expedia Account to the HiJiffy console, see more details below on how to do it.

Go to Expedia Partner Central profile by following below process (full help article here):
1. Select Rooms and Rates.
2. Select Connectivity Settings.
3. Select Add a provider.
4. Search and select the provider system, then select Next.
5. Select the Connect button for the service you want to connect, then select Next.
6. Confirm the provider and service information and select Connect.
There are some properties linked to larger hotel distribution providers, where the “Connectivity settings” is not present as it is managed directly by the distribution provider.
For properties that cannot see Connectivity settings on their profile, they can require support from EG Teams:

If a property is used to engaging with EG on a corporate level, to follow that process for support to connect their Messaging services.

If property does not know how they engage with EG on a corporate level, you can
collect these properties on an excel file by sharing their Expedia ID and property
name and forward it to the Expedia Onboarding & Maintenance team in the format below:
Send an email to hoteldelivery@expedia.com with the subject line: "Value Add API
[Messaging]: [Provider Name] - [date]
