Each account has its own personalized chatbot. 

  • On the left hand-side of the screen you will see this icon
  • Click on it and choose one of the following options:

  • Search the help center: You will be redirected to the help center to look for articles that can be able to reply to your questions

The help center is divided into 3 categories:

- Getting Started: Basics about our product, console and chatbots 

- How to Guides: Organized by console menu, to make it easier for you to look for specific information

- Other topics

  • Send us an email: Send an email to our support team and you will have a reply as soon as possible 
  • Chat with us: Chat directly with our support team
