Guest Manager: Overview

What is the information displayed in the Guest Manager Menu?

HiJiffy's Guest Manager page allows you to store and manage information about your contacts, Sales, PMS reservations and requests. 

The information displayed in the Guest Manager menu depends on your subscription.

Choose your subscription below and learn more:

Basic 

It contains a Contacts tab with information of the users that interacted with the chatbot and the conversations transferred to the console. 

Reminder

Every time a conversation is transferred to the console, the user is asked to insert the name and email address. If not, the conversation will not be transferred. 

This action allows the users to receive your team's reply in their email addresses in case they leave the website page
