Customer Manager: Overview

What is the information displayed in the Customer Manager Menu?

  • HiJiffy's contacts page allows you to store and manage information about your contacts, whether they are potential customers or existing ones.
  • The contacts page is where your contact records are displayed.

The information displayed in the Customer Manager menu depends on your subscription.

Basic 

It contains a Contact tab with information of the users that interacted with the chatbot and the conversations were transferred to the console. 

Reminder:

Every time a conversation is transferred to the console, the user is asked to insert the name and email address. If not, the conversation will not be transferred. 

This action allows the users to receive your reply as a agent in their email addresses, in case they leave the website page
