Filter Contacts

The HiJiffy’s Contacts Page allows you to store and manage information about your contacts, whether they are potential guests or existing ones. It is also where your contact records are displayed.

Where is it?

The contact section is the 3rd button on the left-most side of the menu, under the "Guest Manager" option.

Filter your Contacts

 Finding your guest information has never been easier.

• You can use the search bar for a more basic search.
• You can search according to a saved view that you defined/customized in the past.
• Or go deeper into more specific filters and search according to their language, lifecycle stage or date of birth.

 

Using the search bar, on the top left side of your panel, to locate a specific contact (you can use the contact name, email, or other contact detail)

Select the option  "More Filters" 

Use the Search Property bar to search for a specific contact property or select one/multiple contact property from the list. 

Once you have selected your filters, submit your request by clicking on Apply Filters.

If you want to remove the filters applied, just click on > More Filters. The filters applied will be displayed, by clicking the () you can remove them one by one or clear all filters.

Note: The information displayed in the Contacts menu depends on your subscription
