Filter Conversations

Learn the different types of filters that exist in the console and analyze conversations accordingly

You can filter the list of conversations in your Inbox to show only relevant conversations. You can choose one of the default filters, create a custom filter or a combination of both.

Default filters

See below the filters you can selected if you click in this button: 

  • All - shows all conversations;
  • Assigned to me - shows only conversations where you are currently the assigned agent;
  • Assigned - shows only conversations that have one agent assigned;
  • Unassigned - shows only conversations that have no agent assigned;
  • No property assigned - shows only conversations where the automatic tag with the property name was not added.
  • Assigned to me + Unassigned - shows conversations that are assigned to you and conversations that are unassigned

See below the filters you can selected if you click in this button: 

  • Newest: the most recent conversations in the console
  • Oldest: the oldest conversations in the console 
  • Highest priority: conversations defined with "highest priority" by an agent 
  • Lowest priority: conversations defined with "lowest priority" by an agent

Please note: highest and lowest priority are only available for pro, premium and entreprise solutions

Filter your conversations by property:

If you click on this filter, you will only see conversations that are unread.

Custom filters

Click on the 'funnel' icon, select the criteria to filter conversations and the filters will be instantly applied.

Note: You can apply multiple filters


    • To clear all of the filters previously added, click on the button "clear" on the top right
    • To analyze the conversations that were selected with the filters, click on the icon "x" on the top left

    Filter conversations by channel

    On the buttom of the Inbox you can see the different channel icons. 

    You can choose "All" and conversations from all channels will appear or you can select an icon from a specific channels to analyze only those conversations
