Default generic answers have been created to be part of the chatbot flow and reply to comments or questions from the users that are not related with hotel information or FAQs.
These answers can, however, be changed by you in the FAQ section under the menu "Generic responses".
Console: Chatbots > Select your chatbot > FAQs > Generic responses > choose the property
