To increase productivity, the Console has the following keyboard shortcuts at your disposal:
- Close conversation: Ctrl + Alt + C
- Open conversation: : Ctrl + Alt + O
- Export conversation to PDF: Ctrl + Alt + D
- Mark conversation as read: : Ctrl + Alt + R
- Mark conversation as unread: : Ctrl + Alt + U
- Open canned responses: : Ctrl + Alt + Q
- Insert line break in new message: "Alt + Enter" or "Shift + Enter"
