In this area, you can: 

Manage your campaigns 

List of campaigns

On the list of campaigns you can have an overall view of all campaigns created, as well as details regarding each and the status of the campaigns. 

Information displayed in the table, per column

  • Name

    • Name of the campaign

    • Campaign category

  • Channel

    • Main channel selected

    • Fallback channel (if any)

  • Property

    • Property name

  • Trigger

    • If the campaign is "event-based":

      • Trigger period (always or specific range of dates)

    • If the campaign is "time based":

      • Trigger period (always or specific range of dates)

      • Days of the week (represented in bold)

      • Hours

  • Target

    • If the campaign is "event-based":

      • Reservation status

    • If the campaign is "time-based":

      • Reservation status

      • Check-in/out filters

  • Update date

    • The date when the campaign was last updated

  • Status

    • Status of the campaigns and activation (on/off)

      • Approved and active

      • Approved and inactive

      • Pending (always inactive)

      • Rejected (always inactive)

  • Actions

    • Activity Log 1-3

      • You can have information regarding:

        • The actions taken

        • The date and time

        • Who took the actions

    • Duplicate 2-1

      • You can duplicate the campaigns, if you want to use content that already exists in a campaign already created

        • If you change the property > all creationsteps will be cleaned except step 5 (message)

        • If you do not change the property > all creation steps will remain filled in

    • Delete 3-2

      • You can delete the campaigns using this action

    • Edit 4-2

      • Available only for campaigns with status rejected

        • If not rejected, you need to duplicate the campaign and delete the previous one created 

Order information on the table:

You can order information by:

  • Name of the campaign

  • Updated date

  • Status

Filter information on the table:

You can filter the information in the table to find specific campaigns, by clicking on the buttons below (multiple filters can be applied at the same time).

The available filter are:

  • Campaign Name

  • Campaign Category

  • Channel

  • Property

  • Trigger

  • Target

  • Status

  • Updated date

See campaign details

By clicking on a specific campaign, you can see the details of the campaign on the right side of the screen. 

You can also take actions, such as activate/deactivate the campaign, delete the campaign, view logs or duplicate the campaign.

Details displayed:

  • On top of the details section:

    • Campaign Name

    • Campaign Status

    • Activation / Deactivation toggle

    • Last updated date

  • Overview:

    • All details displayed in the table

  • Message:

    • Languages

    • Channels + Message type

    • Message content

  • On the bottom of the details section:
    • Delete campaign
    • View logs
    • Duplicate campaign
