Reports: Overview

  • HiJiffy’s Console provides you with smart insights to help you improve your performance by understanding both how your team is performing and how the chatbot is helping you manage your queries.
  • To access your reports, login the console and search for the "Reports" menu on the menu list

Reports are only available to agents with  'Admin' or 'Supervisor' permissions.

  • In the reports menu, you will have two tabs - Global Reports and FAQ Insights

Team metrics

These metrics concern the agent/team performance only

FAQ Insights

The FAQ insights tab will show you how satisfied are the users with the answers they are receiving.
