Save contacts as views

Segment your database by grouping contacts based on specific properties. Saving these configurations as Views allows you to quickly access high-priority segments without reapplying filters manually.

How to Create a Saved View

  • In the Guest Manager, navigate to the Contact List and select the option "More Filters".

  • Search for the specific contact properties you wish to isolate. Once selected, click Apply Filters.

  • Confirm the filters you have applied and check the box labeled "Save as view."

  • Assign a descriptive title to your new view to ensure it is easily identifiable for future us, then click "Save".
