Like many other services, we experienced an outage yesterday due to a global Amazon Web Services (AWS) issue affecting some partners and external services. As a result, yesterday, WhatsApp communication, including campaigns, was temporarily unavailable due to Twilio issues. You can check the status here: Twilio Status.
Additionally, some reservation data coming from your PMS since yesterday may have been transmitted with inconsistencies or with delays which might cause some missing campaigns or campaigns sent out of the expected timings on the next few days. We have implemented improvements to reduce the impact, and overall, Hijiffy services were up and running currently without limitations.
