You can use the document below as an example to upload the information about the selected property.

Template:
- The file is divided in different sections, separated by dividers.
- Feel free to add more sections if you want (but use the dividers to separate them)
- Please insert the information below the different titles and do not delete the dividers (-.-.-)
- All information must be in english! We will provide the translations automatically
- The file needs to be uploaded per property
- The file must be created in Microsoft word (.docx or .doc) - PDFs or other formats are not acceptable
- Even if the file has pictures, we will only import text. The pictures and buttons will have to be added in the FAQs section afterwards.
- Try to avoid, if possible, bullet points - write plain text only
What information can you insert in each theme?

Add all hotel policies (day visitors, children policy, drinking policy, house rules, nudism, pets, smoking), security
- Activities and Entertainment
Include information about tours, how to book them, casino, diving, events and live performances, excursions, golf, horseriding, nearby attractions, nighlife and clubbing, outdoor activiteies, safari, skiing, sports couts, water sports and other activities
- Room Types and amenities
Include information about the different room categories and amenities
- Spa & Wellness
Include information about the spa location, menus and prices, opening times, how to book treatments, beauty care
- Restaurants
Include information about the restaurants and bars available, opening hours, how to book, meals served, meal plans, afternoon tea, breakfast, brunch, buffet, type of cuisine, vending machines, dietary restrictions, kids-friendly meals, restaurant/bar dress code, room service, shared kitchen, takeway
- Swimming Pool
- Cancel / Manage Reservations / Invoices
Include information about cancellation policies, how to manage or modify reservations and additional costs - if applicable, how to obtain the invoice.
- Booking information
Include information about booking confirmation, booking deposit, best rates available, gifts/vouchers, group booking, long term rentals, payment methods and terms, reservation team working hours, taxes, discounts, offers and partnerships, packages, special requests
- COVID
Include all information related with COVID - Health and safety measures you have implemented
- Reception
Include information about room keys, lockers, lost & found, luggage, reception contact details and opening times, languages spoken, wake up service
- Location & Transportation
Include information about airports, car rentals, current time, how to get to the property, exact location, public transportation nearby, taxi services, time zone, transfers, shuttles and car pick-up services and weather, parking, electric cars, car washing
- Loyalty Program
Include general information about the loyalty program, benefits, how to become a member, earn and redeem points, members area and login and membership card
- Meetings and Events
Include information about conference rooms, events and other special occasions and weddings.
Once you upload the file, our AI scanner will distribute the information in the different FAQs to reply to the users/guests
