The welcome buttons are available in our Pre-Stay solution and they appear as soon as the user clicks on the widget, after the chatbot welcome message
They are very useful to help your users better decide what action to take. We strongly recommend to have a maximum of 3 buttons.
By default, the buttons are the following:
- Book a Room
- The booking form will appear for the user to select the booking information to search for available rooms in the dates selected
- Other Topics
