See below the process to transfer a current phone number to the HiJIffy console.

First steps:
1. FIll in the WhatsApp client terms - click here
Mandatory to move forward, as we are transferring a WhatsApp number via a provider (Twilio) - you need to authorize HiJiffy to do it for you.
2. Send to the onboarding specialist your Facebook Business Manager ID + printscreen
Access: business.facebook.com/settings/info
We need access to this number, so that our provider Twilio can verify your business and approve transferring the WhatsApp number
3. Inform your onboarding specialist which numbers you want to transfer and for which properties
For example:
+17823456456 - Property A
+17829087656 - Property B
Your onboarding specialist will send you an email with the next steps to follow (after a few days)
1. Approve Twilio request on your META account
Access: business.facebook.com/settings/requests
2. Start the verification of your META account + printscreen
Access: business.facebook.com/settings/security
- Once you finish the verification process, it should be "In review".
- If your META account is already verified, the whatsapp approval process will be faster.
It is very important to send a printscreen to your onboarding specialist, as shown below:
Your onboarding specialist will book a call with you to transfer the numbers
During this call, you need to have the phones with the active phone numbers with you.
The purpose of this call is to transfer the numbers to our HiJiffy console. In each phone, you will receive a SMS with a code, which you will have to inform to our onboarding specialist and developer.
