WhatsApp Campaigns

  • The WhatsApp Campaigns are pre-approved messages by META that will be sent automatically to your guests, according to several reservation infos and status. 
  • Sending automatic messages will allow you to provide general information about your hotel(s) in a personalized way

In order to send automatic messages to your guests, we need to have access to your reservations, which means that a PMS integration is compulsary to move forward. 

Mandatory reservation fields are the following:

  • Reservation ID
  • Check-in date
  • Check-out date
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Country
  • Mobile phone/phone
  • Reservation Status
  • Email
  • Property Name (if applicable)
  • After you decide the campaigns (and changes have been made, if needed), your CS Manager will ask META for approval of the campaign texts
  • Once approved by META, our team will set up the campaigns in the console under the Campaigns Menu > WhatsApp

Important Notes:

  • The campaigns always have to be approved by META. 
  • The set up of the campaigns always has to be done by the Customer Success team
  • Once the campaigns are in the console, they can't be edited by you. If you wish to make any changes, contact your account manager

Activate/Deactivate Campaigns

  • Once you activate the campaigns, we will start sending the messages automatically, according to the rules that we have set up for the campaigns in the back-end (according to your requests)
  • You can activate or deactivate the campaigns any time that you want. If you do so, please inform your account manager, as we keep track of the campaign performance to make sure it is running smoothly

For the Premium subscription, four campaigns are included, per hotel. You can have them in multiple languages

To add more than four campaigns, you need to upgrade to the Entreprise subscription - if so, please contact your account manager
