Widget: Whitelist domains

The widget whitelisted domains are the websites where the chat widget is allowed to load. Domains not added here will not be able to use the widget even if installed there.

Whitelist a domain to load the widget

To whitelist a domain:

• In the Console, go to the 'Widget' section;
• Locate and select the widget in which you want to add the domain;
• Go to the 'Domains' field and add any domain you want (type or paste the URL and press Enter);
• Click 'Save changes'.
