- You can add LINE to the Console. This way you will be able to manage all conversations from this channel within the Console. Additionally, you can enable the chatbot to handle guest queries in LINE.
- You can add as many LINE accounts to the Console as you wish and add the chatbot to all of them.
Note: You must have an 'Admin' role in order to install new channels.
Add LINE
To add the 'LINE' channel to the Console:
- On the Console, go to Channels, expand the 'LINE' section and click on 'Add new channel';
- Give a name to the channel;
- Visit the LINE Developer Center, copy the values of your channel ID, channel secret and channel access token (long-lived) and paste them in the corresponding fields in the Console's add new channel screen;
- Click on 'Validate and Continue'. After receiving a success message, you can advance to the next steps;
- Return to the LINE Developer Center and click the edit button for the 'Use webhooks' setting, make sure its set to 'Enabled', and click 'Update';
- On the Console's add new channel screen, copy the generated 'Webhook URL';
- Return to the LINE Developer Center and click the edit icon for the 'Webhook URL' setting, paste the webhook URL copied previously into your LINE settings and click 'Update';
- Return to the Console and click 'Save' to finish.
