You can add Instagram Direct from your Instagram Pages to the Console. This way you will be able to manage all conversations from this channel within the Console. Additionally, you can enable the chatbot to handle guest queries in Instagram DM.
You can add as many Instagram Pages to the Console as you wish and add the chatbot to all of them.
- On the Console, go to Channels, expand the Instagram section and click on 'Add new channel';
- Login with a Facebook Business account that is Page Admin for the Instagram page which you want to add;
- Select the FB pages (that are connected to he IG pages) where you'll be wanting to install the chatbot;
- Select the Instagram pages where you'll be wanting to install the chatbot;
- Locate the Instagram page and click on 'Install';
- After a few seconds you should see an installation successful message;
- Select the teams that will be allowed to see messages for this channel
- Select the chatbot
- Select the propertys displayed in this channel
- Click on Save
