Mark one or multiple conversations as read/unread
When a new conversation is transferred to the console, it will be marked as unread.
Once someone opens the conversation, it will be automatically marked as read.
Unread conversation
Unread conversations will be listed in bold.
Read conversation
Mark a conversation as read/unread
To mark a conversation as read/unread:
- Select the conversation;
- Click on
to toggle between read or unread.
