Reply to chat conversations

In the center of the Inbox, you can find the chat panel. Here you can reply to all your guest queries. To reply:

1. Select a conversation from the conversation list on the left pane;
2. Write your message on the message field;
3. Press 'Enter' to send your message.

Note: To insert a line break in a message, press "Alt + Enter" or "Shift + Enter".

Available for all subscriptions
