Send user/guest requests to a specific email address
- Inside the console, you have the possibility of setting up the user/guest requests to be sent directly to a specific email address, according to the request.
- This feature can be useful if the requests are handled by someone else rather than the agents using the console on a daily basis or if you do not have the console open on your laptop all day.
How to set up requests to be sent to an email address?
- Access the "Chatbots" menu in the console - here
- Select the chatbot where the requests are set up
- Select the "Requests" tab
You will see a list of requests per hotel. To add the email address, click on the button next to the property name and insert the emails to where the specific requests should be send.
