To start receiving and replying to email conversations on your Console, you need to add the 'E-mail' channel to your Console and then forward email received at your external email address to an email address key generated by the Console.
- Log in with an account with 'Admin' permissions and head to Channels, expand the 'Email' section and click on 'Add new channel'.
- Name your email channel (this name must identify the channel in the unified Inbox), add the email address and add any relevant groups to filter who will have access to the emails from this channel.
- Save your changes.
- Copy the email address generated in the key field - we'll need it later.
- Now, you'll need to set up the email forwarding option in your email client. Follow the steps below for your email provider to set up forwarding.
