Who else helps run the service (sub-processors & data transfers)
The trusted providers behind HiJiffy, and how your data is protected when it moves.
To deliver the service, we rely on a small, carefully chosen set of providers ("sub-processors"). We only work with established providers that keep their own GDPR-compliant terms, and we contractually require them to meet the right security and confidentiality standards.

About international transfers
Your core data stays in the EU. Where a provider handles data outside the EEA (for example, Twilio and OpenAI in the United States), those transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where relevant, supporting transfer assessments, in line with the GDPR. We keep these safeguards under review.
When the list changes
We update this list as the service evolves, and we manage any material change in line with your DPA. If you'd like to be notified of changes, just let your account manager know.
