To deliver the service, we rely on a small, carefully chosen set of providers, known as sub-processors. We only work with established providers that keep their own GDPR-compliant terms, and we require them by contract to meet the right security and confidentiality standards.

About international transfers
Your core data stays in the EU. Where a provider handles data outside the EEA (for example, Twilio and OpenAI in the United States), those transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where relevant, supporting assessments, in line with the GDPR.

We update this list as the service evolves, and we manage any material change in line with your DPA. If you would like to be notified of changes, let your account manager know.
