Learn how to translate messages received in the console and your replies
You can translate any received or sent message automatically, within the Console.
Translate received messages
To translate a message received:
- Select the message you wish to translate;
- Click on the 'Translate' icon
- Choose one from the 22 available languages to automatically translate the message;
- To return to the original language, click on the same icon and choose the option "Don't translate"
Translate messages before sending
To translate a message before sending to the user:
- Write the message you wish to send in the reply field, in the language you prefer;
- Click on the 'Translate' icon
that will appear to the right;
- Choose one from the 22 available languages to automatically translate your message;
- The message will be translated automatically and you can review or edit before sending it;
- Press 'Enter' on your keyboard to send your message;
- To see your original message, just click on the button 'Back' next to the language selected (see picture above)
