Setup 

  • Your account manager will send you a welcome email for introduction and arrange a 15-minute call to organize the setup of your account
  • Our onboarding team will setup your account and your account manager will organize an onboarding session(s) to explain you how the chatbots work and the menus and functionalities of the HiJiffy console.
    • Usually the pre-stay chatbot setup is quicker than the in-stay chatbot setup. In this case 2 onboarding sessions may be needed.
  • After the onboarding session, you account manager will guide you on:
    • Pre-stay: how to install the widget on the website and the booking pixel to track the number of reservations and amount.
    • In-Stay: how to activate the whatsapp campaigns
