What is the Console?

HiJiffy’s Console is the backend platform where you can find all your conversations, interact with users, manage your team, and customize your solution.

It's comprised of 10 main areas:

The Dashboard is the first menu that appears when you login in your account. It gives you an overview of your performance as an agent, as well as the performance of the solution.
