Setup
- Your account manager will send you a welcome email for introduction and arrange an onboarding session with you and one of our onboarding specialists.
- Our onboarding team will setup your account and organize an onboarding session to explain you how the pre-stay chatbot works and the menus and functionalities of the HiJiffy console.
- After the onboarding session, you account manager will guide you on how to install the widget on the website and the booking pixel to track the number of reservations and amount.
